About the event
Mark your calendar now and plan to join us at this year’s Regional Specialty on Thursday, August 24th and Friday, August 25th at the Washington County Fairgrounds. Our Specialty is held in conjunction with the St. Croix Valley Kennel Club and the North Star Working Group Shows.
The performance events Obedience and Rally, will be held on Thursday. This is an opportunity to see PWD’s and their owners, who have worked hard training, to perform in various events.
Conformation judging will take place Friday morning and early afternoon. Events will include an AKC Specialty breed conformation show, Junior Showmanship, and Sweepstakes competition for both puppies and veterans.
After Best of Breed on Friday please stay ringside for a post-show “Sweets & Treats Social” and the return of our famous PWDCTC raffle. This raffle helps us support club activities throughout the year. Please help make it a success by bringing a raffle item to donate. Items may be dropped off ringside Friday morning.
As always, volunteers are the key to success at all our events. We need help from club member volunteers on both Thursday and Friday. PLEASE contact Deb Scofield (treasurer@pwdctc.org) to volunteer (on the job training provided).
